PRODUCTION OFFICE SPECIALIST

Job Description

1. Interview and recruit new workers
2. Building SOP and OMS for all of stage
3. Building skill matrix training for all of level in production
4. Working with HR team to provide proper training to the supervisors/ leaders/ workers to enhance their acknowledge and performance.
5. Plan for multi-skill worker rotate training in cross function
6. Control all of document in Production with good condition and record
7. Working with HR team to provide proper training to the supervisors/ leaders/ workers to enhance their acknowledge and performance.
8. Evaluation after training and retraining for worker who does not adapt with demand
9. Writing activities plan and program for operation team play together to learning and sharing skill, experience and teamwork.
10. Manage ERP system, all data relate with new ERP system update to ensure record timely, accuracy and efficiency
11. Working with all department to resolve issue during operation
12. Making report as required by manager

Job Requirement

Trình độ & Kiến thức

• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/ Đại học

Ngoại ngữ

• Tiếng anh giao tiếp hiệu quả (4 kỹ năng)

Kỹ năng

•  Làm việc nhóm
•  Giải quyết vấn đề
• Biết sử dụng phần mềm ERP là một lợi thế
• Sử dụng thành thạo máy tính và phần mềm văn phòng.
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt

Kinh nghiệm

• Có ít nhất 3-4 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại cùng vi trí tương ứng
