Production Planning Staff

Job Description

Production planning is responsible for arranging machines & orders for production in order to catch up request of delivery from Customer with optimize performance

• Responsible for checking and updating the delivery plan for assigned product items
• Updates daily production output for assigned items
• Compares daily planned output vs. actual output
• Works directly with leadership to address production issues impacting the delivery plan
• Checks delivery schedule for assigned items
• Updates delivery plan and communicates changes to leadership
• Responsible for creating delivery plans for assigned items
• Checks order details (style, color, sample status, materials) received from sales team
• Updates orders into the tracking system
• Confirms estimated delivery dates based on production capacity and communicates changes to customers
• Changes delivery plan based on customer requests
• Responsible for creating production orders for assigned items
• Prepares confirmation samples for new styles
• Checks overrun stock before creating production orders
• Combines items, colors, and sizes to optimize batch production
• Creates barcodes in the ERP system and prints for production
• Arranges barcodes on the production board for upcoming 2-day production
• Responsible for implementing all requests from Production Director and PPIC Manager

* Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
* Company Car for picking up staff from HCM / Bien Hoa City to Long Thanh

Job Requirement

Graduated from college majoring in  Business Administration, Economic, Statistic or relevant fields 

Experienced in planning of manufacturing, footwares, plastics, etc is a plus

Good in English both written and verbal skills

Good in Excel , Math

Good interpersonal and teamwork skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work under high presure
