Job Description

Project planning and execution (Overall of all projects in RSC)

• Check and Monitor new Project progress. Summary and report periodically.

• Maintain project management documents/ NPI documents be updated.

Quality assurance:

• Work with Quality engineering to ensure products are tested according to test plan, follow up and facilitate to ensure all open points be solved.

• Work with department to implement RISK Assessment and follow up with team the mitigation plan for projects in terms of Quality/ Delivery and cost.

Project Cost Management:

• Monitor and Ensure BOM Variant, report periodically.

Others:

• Pro-active communication to facilitate the friendly and open working environment.

• Encourage continuous improvement and innovation during each project management.

Job Requirement

Education & Major: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

Communication in English

PMP certification

At least 2 years managed project
