Job Description
- Establish standards of work instructions as personnel hygiene, pre-processing, packing standard for current products, new products (Domestic, Export) follow the releasing timeline; cleaning standard for current machine, new machine follow SSOP of FSC; testing method for QC team, Xray - Metal detector standard - CJ Foods, CJ Cau Tre - Long An Branch.
- Do the change point of packaging, print date.
- Verify compliance with standards according to GMP, SSOP
- Prepare documents, standard for HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC, Halal, Costco certification audits.
- Training workers, QC about standards, food safety awareness.
- Periodically audit, and report of factory operations, to ensure compliance with regulations of ISO, HACCP, FSSC, HALAL, BRC and others
- Visiting Customer/ Market to evaluation display/ storage condition.
- Combine production team to make the CAR/ CAPA for Domestic products.
- Make the improvement action for claim.
- Make the weekly, monthly, yearly report.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Work Location: CJ Foods Vietnam Long An Factory: Kizuna 3 Industrial Park, Can Giuoc Town, Long An (~16km from HCMC) - Shuttle bus supported (4 routes: Hang Xanh, District 7, Tan Phu, An Suong)
Job Requirement
- Graduated from College/University with a major related to Food Safety/Quality Assurance, Food Technology, etc.
- Ability to work independently, enthusiastic, dedicated, and able to handle work pressure.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a food factory.
- Proficient in English or Korean.
- Proficient in office computer skills (MS Office, etc.).
