Job Description

1. Supervise inspectors to make sure they inspect product properly.

2. Have plan also perform the training and skill up inspectors, leader.

3. Making and prepare all related document like Work instruction, check sheet, record… for QC run smoothly (IQC/IPQC/OQC).

4. Provide technical supports and guidance to quality team to resolve quality issues.

5. Analyze and address quality issue from production line/Supplier. Issue and follow-up CAR for quality issue.

6. Work closed with Production Engineer and Project Engineer and/or Purchasing on each quality problem.

7. Able to supervise the implementation of engineering change from Engineering Department.

8. Control inspection equipment and conduct internal calibration under training from Supervisor/Manager.

9. Perform daily, weekly, monthly and other report to Quality Supervisor/ Manager.

10. Perform non-standard testing such as life testing/salt spray test, …

11. Control material, product in-process to make sure quality system comply with company policy, UL, ETL, VDE, CCC, GS-TUV standard...

12. Other tasks related to Integration Management System and improvement activities are assigned by Quality supervisor/ Manager.

13. Aware and take responsibility for complying basic requirements of ISO 9001, 13485 & 14001 system.

14. Other jobs as assigned by Quality Supervisor/ Manager.

15. Report directly to Quality supervisor.

Bachelor's degree with a technical background as Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Management;
English – intermediate or above reading/writing level, basic to intermediate spoken and listening.
Skills: 2D CAD drawing basic skill, ability to read and understand about technical drawing.
Basic computer skill as Ms office, Outlook, ppt…
Have ISO 9001 and 13485 awareness.
Prefer candidate in Binh Duong or can relocate to Binh Duong.
