Job Description

- Search and develop relationships with potential customers and partners
- Propose solutions to maintain and promote business activities
- Manage staff, responsible for recruiting, allocating goals, training and monitoring the performance of sales staff

- Identify potential markets and market fluctuations, and always update competitors' situations

Job Requirement

- Graduated from university majoring in business, marketing, and foreign languages
- Good communication in English (Upper - Intermediate level)
- More than 4 years experience in Sales, project development in the field of general industrial construction contractor
- At least 1 years experience in management
- Able to travel domestically for business
