Job Description

Manage and develop North technical team
Build up effective method to match color
Build up strong formulas
Work with Customer Technical Service and QA team to optimize current formula
Conduct Value engineering projects
Implement IPR protection
Manage lab machines and equipment
Make sure team members to comply to Health and Safety standards

Job Requirement

Minimum 5 years of experience in coating powder
Can communicate by Taiwanese
Good reporting skill
Cross-function working skill
Prioritize setting skill
Effective communication
Data analysis and problem- solving skill
Decision making skill.
