Job Description

Welcome and guide customers/ partners/ suppliers and employees to work at the company;
Answer the phone and connect with relevant departments;
Monitor and manage meeting rooms, pantry;
Receive, transfer, and process letters, documents, parcels;
Work with suppliers on administrative costs such as: express delivery (domestic and international), taxi and landline;
Arrange schedule (accommodation and transportation) for guests
Other job assigned by manager.

Working address: Binh Chuan Production Area, Binh Chuan Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam

Education: University or college degree, major: English, Hospitality Management and related;
Experience: No required, fresh graduates is prefer;
Language: Fluency in English is a must, Chinese is a plus;
Computer: Proficient in Ms. Office;
