The Opportunity:
We’re looking for highly-motivated team members to join our research team. This is a great opportunity for new grads or if you’re ready for a career change.
This is a fully remote position, so you can work from anywhere. You’ll need to be available for meetings 2-3 times a week from 8 pm - 12 am Vietnam time to collaborate with our US-based team. Outside of these hours, you have the flexibility to work at your out time as long as you meet your targets.
Your Role:
Begin by thoroughly studying the client’s hiring request to grasp the specific profiles and qualifications they are looking for.
Utilize a variety of resources such as Crunchbase, CB Insights, Google, and ChatGPT to compile a list of target companies.
Identify and source profiles from the target companies. This includes leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools to find the best matches.
Regularly share detailed research insights with the project team. This includes feedback on candidate quality, market trends, and potential adjustments to the sourcing strategy to optimize results.
Maintain detailed records of your research process, candidate lists, and sourcing outcomes.
Stay updated on the latest developments in different roles, functions, and industries.
Job Requirement
