Job Description

Working with Production Admin to manage training time. Usually update new comers and leavers
Prepare lesson plans, skill matrix to train skill-workers
Control and improve about 5S/Safety in each area with supervisors and seniors.
Manage document and Work Instruction
Working with HR-Training to join skill test. Analyze and evaluation level of skill-workers
Working with HSE about safety tasks and other safety training courses.

Job Requirement

English level: Pre-Intermediate
University graduate
No. of related work experience: 2 years of experience
Presentation skill.
