<Job Responsibilities>
- Sales activities: building good contacts with customers, suppliers, and partner companies, report writing, product and company PR, sales forecasts, etc.
‐ Market research: Information gathering and dissemination, market development, reporting, communication, consultation
- Sales and purchase operations: order receipt, order placement, profitability confirmation, quotation, delivery.
- Trading operations: import, export, customs clearance, transportation, trade terms and conditions arrangement
‐ Warehouse Management: warehousing, inventory control, bonded/general cargo control, security trade control (STC)
- Credit management: credit, debt management
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: Japanese Business level and English Conversational level
・Experience:
- At least 3 years of working experience as a Sales
- Using Excel, and Microsoft Office in the business sheen
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience:
- Work in a Japanese Trading Company
- Experience in import, export, customs clearance, transportation, and trade terms and conditions arrangements
