<Job Responsibilities>
- Supervising ISO team operation
- Environmental management system ISO 14001:
+ Identify and update legal requirements about environments and chemistry which needs to be complied with in the plant, assess compliance, and disseminate new requirements to departments
+ Reciprocal external assessment, report environmental data, chemicals to state agencies
- Quality management system according to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
+ Maintain and improve the quality management system and advise the management in building the system
+ Set up internal audit plan, reciprocate external audit
+ Do awareness training and compliance training according to customer requirements, ISO and IATF standards
- Other tasks assigned by QA Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Education Background: College Degree or above
- Experience:
+ Have at least 3 years of experience working as an ISO Staff in manufacturing companies including 2 years at leader level
+ Must have experience in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 systems & Internal auditor (IATF is a plus)
- Language: English - Business Level OR Japanese - Conversational Level (N3)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Prefer candidates who graduated from Electrical-Electronics, Chemical Technology, Industrial Management, Quality Management majors
- High priority to candidates with certificate: ISO 9001 / ISO 14001/ IATF 16949
