<Position Objective/Expectation >
Be responsible for conducting Medical Activities that advance the understanding and science behind compounds in development and the appropriate safe and effective use of Company products through medical leadership and excellence that is intended to benefit patient care and experience ultimately.
<Job Responsibilities>
MA Manager is responsible for conducting Medical Activities and engaging in Scientific Exchanges that also generate and result in the appropriate dissemination of relevant, scientifically accurate, objective, truthful, and not misleading information about Company investigational compounds and marketed products, including without limitation:
1. Development of a core medical plan and strategy aligned with the priorities set out in the integrated
2. Responding to unsolicited requests for medical information (MIE);
3. Scientific and medical discussions regarding evolving trends in disease state management and trends in therapy;
4. Scientific Exchange that enables the Company to benefit from the expertise, knowledge, and insights of external healthcare stakeholders and share those insights with other functions within the company, where appropriate;
5. Activities that are supportive of Commercial Activities and Promotional Activities (e.g., review of the promotional materials, training of Company field sales representatives, support of Commercial of securing access and reimbursement for our products, and training of promotional speakers).
6. Verifying that projects and tasks are conducted according to good clinical practice (GCP), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other compliance standards.
7. Participating in meetings with senior management and attending external meetings and congresses on behalf of the company.
8. Developing the best possible working relationships between the organization and stakeholders.
9. Leading, coaching, and motivating team members in the MA department.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Medical Doctor or Pharmacist degree, preferably with specialization and/or clinical experience in the relevant therapeutic area(s).
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: More than 5 years of Medical Affairs experience in the pharmaceutical industry including 1 year at manager level
・Others:
- Strong scientific baseline knowledge in the therapeutic area, clinical trial methods, implementation and interpretation, sound scientific and clinical judgment, and eagerness to learn more in-depth in therapeutic areas.
- Strong, confident, and engaging presentation skills
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to function within a team environment
- Handling of multiple tasks at the same time and working under pressure
- Proactive "can do" attitude and passion for the science related to the products and associated therapeutic area.
- Strong customer-facing skills, listening skills, probing skills, and flexibility.
- Corporate culture Competencies of Leader Behaviors, including Business Integrity
- Professional personal appearance
- Accept to travel approximately 60%.
- Good at the computers such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Careful, honest, enthusiastic, and have a sense of responsibility to work.
<Prefer skills>
Having good knowledge and experience in Oncology field is highly preferred
