Job Description

- Working location: Son Tinh, Quang Ngai

- Monthly Salary: 30M ~ 40M VND

<Job Responsibilities>
- Set up, manage, and maintain the quality standards/manual and requirements as laid out in the respective Quality Assurance and Control processes.
- Assure the quality of raw material used as well as manufacturing quality from in-line inspection processes to the final assurance of finished goods shipments through AQL inspections.
- Ensure that the customer’s quality requirements are met and satisfied.
- Manage input quality: raw material inspection, color matching, and testing facilities to ensure that only compliant raw material is used in production.
- Control inspections in line & ensure manufacturing complies with the Items Description and Quality Manual requirements.
- Make sure of quality requirements of the Items Description are interpreted and actioned correctly by production supervisors and operators as well as those responsible for quality inspections.
- Conduct Quality management and AQL finished goods inspections correctly and thoroughly and implement the Product Safety and Label Policies.
- Use quality data to correct quality problems and that the resources of the quality team are used in the areas of most need. Decision maker with quality issues.
- Make use of Root Cause Analysis when managing investigations into quality complaints and secure corrective actions.
- Ensure that the quality targets as established are known by all concerned and achieved.
- Lead the team and conduct needed training for inspectors/Staff
