<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and supervise the work of ADM & HR staff
- Resolve diplomatic issues with government agencies and state agencies
- Make annual goals of the ADM&HRS section
- Manage HR software system
- Management of the evaluation system
- Analyze Monthly Salary Report
- Evaluate, train, and coach the staff.
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor Degree
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- At least 02 experience as an HR Deputy Manager or HR Manager
- Have working experience in Japanese Companies
<Preferred Skills>
- Previous working experience was Japanese Manufacturing Company
