- Work Location: District 01, HCMC
- Monthly Salary: 13M ~ 19M VND Gross
<Job Responsibilities>
• Make delivery plans for customers.
• Control PO (Purchase Order) from the customers and closely work with customers for delivery to satisfy customer requirements.
• Handling precursor declaration and chemical declaration for imported cargo & exported cargo (if any)
• Control & manage NG (not good products) & return NG to suppliers.
• Control & manage NG & replace to customers
• Be responsible for placing PO (Purchase Order) to suppliers; follow up, and control this category of materials to meet the timing and reliability of the company.
• Based on Purchase Requisition, or forecast from Sale team, purchase materials, by purchasing procedure and company’s policies.
• Take the lead in his/her job and ensure the workflow process runs smoothly.
• Other related jobs will be adjusted and assigned by the manage
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Experience: From 3 years of experience including at least 1 year in import-export, purchasing, and logistics in the Plastics or Chemical fields
- Language: English - Business Level
- Others:
+ Have strong communication and negotiation skills (both in Vietnamese and English)
+ MS Office skills (especially Excel)
+ Good Teamwork.
+ Hard-working, responsible and reliable person
+ Good Problem-Solving Skills
+ Ability to work under high pressure, and can work overtime.

- S.A.P knowledge is an advantage
