- Monthly Salary: 25M ~ 50M VND Gross
<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Under the new structure, will develop customers and markets for company's services.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Achieve sales goals and quotas as assigned by management.
- Support and maintain good relationships with customers and build strong relationships with key accounts.
- Develop new customers such as hospitals and clinics through cold calling and other applicable methods as new customer development.
- Responsible for timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks such as daily reports, monthly reports, expense reports, etc.
- Provide market trends and competitive field activity information to company management and propose sales strategies.
- Develop and manage the behavior of subordinates if any in the future.
- Any other tasks as assigned by General Director
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Language skills: Japanese Skills or English Skills at Business Level
・Having more than 5years of working experience as Sales Manager or Sales Assitant Manager level
・Having experience in hospital-related business or healthcare industry
・Having good relationship with hospital or clinic
・Communication Skills: Smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.
・Problem-Solving Skills: Resolving labor issues and office management issues.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having working experience in a Japanese company
・Having both English and Japanese skills
・Good understanding of Japanese company's culture
・Can work flexible
