Job Description

We're looking for a potential candidate who is willing for managing and monitoring Delivery team to catch the business plan, details as below:

1. Control Purchasing activities (domestics & oversea material orders and delivery schedule)

- Weekly check material shortage for production plan adjustment

- Check payment documents for oversea suppliers and forwarders

- Check documents of customs clearance of import shipments

- Check and confirm list of transit goods and invoice list before closing period with Accounting department

- Cooperate with Warehouse for material delivery and layout arrangement

2. Managing KPI of Delivery team:

- Make BP plan of material inventory and forecast monthly inventory and give action plan for unachieved inventory KPI

- Prepare data, documents and participate in audits (if any)

- Training and support staffs with issues related to Purchasing and Delivery

Job Requirement

- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Import - Export, Logistics,...

- Have minimum 2 years of relevant purchasing/import - export experience at Assistant Manager level in manufacturing company

- Excellent English and able to use Japanese is a big plus

- Good command of MS Office

- Team management skill, Influencing skill, strong Problem-solving and Decision-making skill, Coaching skill

- Willing to work under high pressure and challenging environment

- Sympathy, fair, honest, careful & attention to details
