Position: Outbound Team Assistant Manager - Trợ lý Giám đốc (Nhóm Outbound) - Logistics

- Monthly Salary: 20,000,000~23,000,000VND
Responsibility
1. Set up and manage outbound operations and procedures in the distribution center and confirm staff compliance.
2. Set up and manage KPIs for each warehouse department to ensure effective operation.
3. Receive and deploy cycle count/ stock take requests or set up annual cycle count/ stock take to reconcile with system data (WMS) for maintaining inventory accuracy.
4. Improve and monitor procedures, and processes for updating and leveling up standard warehouse operations.
5. Inspect all warehouse equipment and order repairs and replacements regularly and when required.
6. Take part in setting up the annual budget, and expenses, analyze variances, necessary corrections to help the organization achieve financial objectives
7. Detail requirements for recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.
8. Contain warehouse situation on annual and peak days, including controlling employees' schedules.
9. Provide coaching and mentoring for leveling up warehouse staff.
10. Issue and resolve problems when occurring in daily operations.

1. Leverage your warehouse management experience to lead and manage a successful team efficiently and cost-effectively.
2. Use an inventory management system to ensure the accuracy of stock levels, minimize losses, and optimize inventory.
3. Create a safe work environment by implementing safety protocols and managing hazardous materials.
4. Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
5. Develop effective policies, procedures, and workflow processes for warehouse operations.
6. Monitor staff performance, provide coaching/feedback, and motivate employees to achieve desired goals.
Job Requirement
Requirements
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: At least graduated from High School
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in the Warehouse/ Fulfillment Center/ Distribution Center including at least 1 year in management role.
- Experience with inventory control and management
- Knowledge and experience in setting up procedures/ processes, equipment maintenance, and warehouse best practices.
・Knowledge:
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Understanding processes, standards, and practices in the transportation market, using Transportation management systems (TMS)
・Personality Requirement
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team
・Skills:
- Good at data processing, Excellent in Excel
- Careful, hard-working & willing to learn
- Teamwork and task assignment skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in retail or FMCG is preferred
