<Position Objective/Expectation>
- Responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
<Job Responsibilities>
1. Production Management
- Oversee daily production operations to meet output targets
- Optimize production schedules and resource allocation
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles
2. Quality Control
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations
- Maintain product quality consistency including taste
- Oversee quality assurance processes and audits
3. Maintenance and Equipment
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs
- Manage equipment upgrades and capital projects
4. Process Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Lead cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies
5. Communication with clients in technical fields
- Establish good relationships with clients to meet their requirements against product
- Support the commercial team from a technical point
6. Inventory and Supply Chain Management
- Optimize inventory levels of raw materials and finished products
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain Department to ensure a timely supply of materials
- Manage relationships with key suppliers
7. Budgeting and Financial Management
- Develop and manage departmental budgets
- Monitor and control production costs
- Provide regular reports on production metrics and financial performance
8. Team Leadership
- Manage, motivate, and develop a team of production staff
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
9. Compliance and Safety
- Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations
- Maintain a safe working environment and promote safety awareness
- Oversee environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field;
・Age: From 35 years old
・Gender: Any
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in food manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
・Knowledge:
- Specific experience in instant coffee or similar food processing industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (GFSI like BRC/ FSSC22000, HACCP, GMP, etc.)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office suite

<Preferred Skill>
