Job Description

- Work Location: District 01, HCMC

<Job Responsibilities>
- Issue output invoices
- Record purchase/service invoices (input & output)
- Record customer payments
- Record internal revenues and expenditures, allocate tools, equipment, depreciation of fixed assets
- Pay purchase debts according to the payment process
- Summarize data and export data to make internal monthly reports
- Work with internal auditors, independent auditors, external firms & Tax authorities
- Check sales debts, purchase debts, bank documents
- Store the bank documents/ documents & purchase/ sale contracts, documents related to Tax reports
- Report on overdue debts
- Do monthly financial reports, Tax reports: VAT, CIT, PIT; Statistical, FDI reports

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Graduated from university majoring in Finance - Accounting 
・Language: English - Intermediate Level OR Japanese - Intermediate Level
・Experience: 03 ~ 05 years as an Accountant in foreign companies.
・Ensure professional knowledge such as accounting principles, accounting procedures, and financial reporting
・Understand clearly tax and accounting regulations
・Proficient in using Accounting software.
