Responsibility - Communicate with customers (taking care of customers) - Receive & solve all matters relating to products of customers and services - Coordinate and hold internal meetings for customer's requirements (cost down, design change...) - Control the delivery and shipping schedule based on PO/DO from the Customer - Make data for sales monthly report - Other jobs will be discussed more in the interview

<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Language: English at Business Level ・Experience: Having 3 years of relevant job experience who knows import/ export businesses, sales, and customer service for manufacturers, or overseas trading enterprises (working for Japanese companies is preferred). + Having experience working in the logistics field, especially sea transport + Having experience in handling documents, working with Forwarders + Having experience in purchasing
<Skills > - Good skills in using Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel…). - Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
[Characteristics] - Good ability of communication, negotiation, have a high sense of responsibility - Ability to work independently with a high level of professional integrity and ethics. - Teamwork skills, enthusiasm. - Can work under high pressure. - Willing to update new regulars & laws related to jobs.
