<Job Responsibilities> - Work closely with the Design and Construction team during the building process. - Communicate with the clients and their managers to create building drawings, renderings, or models, to meet client's needs and comply with any local, state, or federal regulations - Work with, and coordinate with the architectural/ engineering team in preparing drawings and documents for projects focused on. - Perform the initial design phase and detailed design phases of Architectural/ Structure design work for projects requiring interface and collaborate with various disciplines, clients, and consultants. - Prepare Architectural plans, and/or supervise their execution. - Perform analysis of design and construction systems, planning studies, design layouts, and construction details. - Oversee research used in writing specifications, including coordinating with manufacturers. - Conduct site and construction inspections for information-gathering purposes, prepare interpretive reports. - Execute code analysis, material selections, and technical solutions. - Analyze design and construction systems, design layouts, and construction features, which require researching, compiling, and recording information for assigned project work. - Coordinate with other disciplines. - Plan, schedule, coordinate, manage, and oversee the work. - Other related tasks as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Structure. ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: - Have 5 to 8 years of working experience in relevant positions. - Experience in Japanese construction companies (commercial projects such as shopping malls))
<Preferred personality> - Good problem-solving skills - Good teamwork - Client-oriented.
