<Job Responsibilities>
- Take responsibility and act for MT customer's sales growth, work directly with buyers, expand business in the MT market, negotiate the yearly contract, promote, and display POSM (POS Material).
- Manage and be responsible for the result of trade, and marketing activities in the area managed
- Implement MT channel plans, increase sales, expand the market, increase the display space in store
- Achieve the company target, resolve customer complaints
- Plan, conduct, and manage sampling activities for increasing awareness in the MT channel.
- Analyze data, monthly forecast for each SKU, each MT customer, make sales reports according to requirements by superiors
- Train and coach staff, maintain staff discipline, and manage staff routine.
- Collect information about competitors and report to superiors.
- Build good relationships both internally and externally with internal departments, sales staff, buyers, etc. to maximize business opportunities.
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- From 3 to 5 years of experience as a sales supervisor in the consumer sales industry
- Having networks and connections in retail, consumer goods, and household goods fields (to find new clients and distributors)
- Having experience in planning strategic sales plan
- Having skill in member management with good leadership
<Preferable>
- Having knowledge of marketing in FMCG
- Have sales network
