Job Description

- Work Location: District 01, HCMC

<Job Responsibilities>
・Supervise accounting tasks for various locations
・Control the invoice issuance, payroll calculation, tax calculation, and accounting data input in a system, etc.
・Manage accounting tasks and general affairs in Vietnam; and coordinate with back office teams in other countries
・Other related tasks as assigned by the Japanese director.
・Manage the accounting and administrative support tasks for each overseas office
- Accounting support for the Singapore head office
- Accounting support for the Malaysia office
- Accounting and GA support for the rep office in the Philippines
- Accounting and GA support for the rep office in Vietnam
・Having 2-3 overseas business trips to another branch per year, depending on the situation.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance-related 
・Language skills: English at Business level
・Experience: Have at least 3 years of working experience as an accounting manager/leader
