<Job Responsibilities>
• Developing, proposing, overseeing, and implementing the business strategy for the assigned categories
• Acts as an ambassador for the category. Research & understand the competitive landscape. Analyze and understand market trends, consumer trends, retailers, and industry needs.
• Manage licensee portfolio as well as day-to-day relationships with licensees.
• Effective communication with multi-stakeholders, including but not limited to Licensees, Licensors, Partners as well as Internal Teams
• Mentoring the team members and building up a working culture following the company’s visions & guidelines
• Supporting Director in everyday responsibilities
• Mindful of seeking different chances/collaborations to expand the business outside of the assigned categories is a plus
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Language: English Business level
・Experience: At least 3 years of B2B sales or Account management experience and business development experience in any industry as below (Advertising agency, Marketing agency, PR/Events industry, Licensed business)
・Skill:
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, branding communication, retail business development function, retail distribution and the retail environment
- Highly detail-oriented. Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Excellent presentation & communication skills, able to multi-task
- Analytical/Strategic Thinker
- Self-starter, motivated, proactive, dependable, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative & Proactive. Open, Fair & Transparent mindset
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Japanese Speaking
