<Job Responsibilities>
- Documents support: issuing Purchase Contract, Sales Contract, shipment, following the delivery, arrange Introduction for delivery, payment, checking customer & supplier information as appoint.
- Other tasks assigned by Superiors.
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Education background: Bachelor's degree
- Language: English - Business Level (Good at speaking & writing)
- Experience: 2 ~ 3 years as Sales Assistant in Import Export Company with below understanding and knowledge:
+ Incoterm
+ International payment term, especially L/C, TTR
+ Vessel/container shipment and related conditions (free time, term …)
+ Shipping docs, especially bill of lading
+ Credit issue
+ Report (shipping report, statistic …)
