<Job Responsibilities>
① To conduct the design stage management of future projects.
② To support the Tender team in the preparation of Tender documents for future projects
③ Later to support Site PM teams to resolve Architectural design issues during the Construction stage and Operation stage.
Requirements<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 28 ~ 32
・Gender: Male Only
・Language: English - Upper-Intermediate Level and above
・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
・Experience:
- Around 8 years of experience as Architect with strong team management skills.
- Experience in the design/construction company is required.
- Experience in the same business at a foreign company or developer (real estate development company)
