Job Description

- Working location: Duc Hoa District, Long An Province

- Monthly Salary: 30M ~ 45M

<Job Responsibilities>

- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the finance department, including developing, deploying, and maintaining control systems and accounting procedures to ensure the books and records
- Cooperate and support the CFO in leading the Finance and Accounting function across the manufacturing plant.
- Check, record, and reflect fully, accurately, and promptly economic operations arising in the course of production and business in accordance with the regulations on accounting principles and standards, in compliance with the approved company's regulations and current law
- Organize the implementation and inspection of the use and management of expenses, assets, and capital sources of the Company.
- Prepare and present periodic financial and internal reports
- Making tax declarations, and tax reports periodically.
- Working with audit and tax agencies
- Identify, analyze, and propose measures to prevent financial risks for the company
- Identify problems in business operations and propose improvement options
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the CFO.

Job Requirement

Requirements

- Age: 35 - 45
- Gender: Any
- Language skills: English - Upper-Intermediate Level
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related majors.
- Experiences:
• 10 years of experiences in F&A functions in manufacturing companies.
• Obtained Chief Accountant certificate.
• Able to work independently.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Language skills: Chinese Intermediate Level is preferable
- Experience in a start-up manufacturing company.
- Personalities: Detail-oriented, careful, innovative, passionate, inclusive, collaborative, and accountable
