<Job Responsibilities> 1.Operation management: - In charge of key account (MT channel) - Responsible for Revenue, Profit...and Modern Retail Management. - To manage and support for daily sales job. - To update market situation then to propose action plan for sell-out activities. - To cooperate with other teams for excellent execution of sales department. - Lead and make sure the product display at POP/POSM (Point of Purchase/Point of Sales Merchandise) and follow product display strategy and guideline. - Excellent in company product line up activities. - To update sell out and sell in situation and giving strategic solution idea in upcoming years. - To properly feedback to BOD and other related teams regarding the display status. - To maintain shopfront image and relationship with customers. 2. Other tasks: - To lead event project according to direction from Sales/ Marketing division. - To recruit, manage and develop people of Sales team.

• Age: 30 - 40 • Gender: Any • Language skills: English - Business Level • Educational background: Bachelor and above • Experience: Related experience at least 3 years' work experience in electronics / electrical equipment. - Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, leadership skills and developing customers. - Good communication skills and high teamwork spirit. - Active and future-oriented.
