Job Summary:
As the Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for handling current clients as well as identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base in the industrial sector. Leveraging your IT background and industry expertise, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and senior management to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
· Researching, planning, and prioritizing target markets and industries for our industrial zone access control systems.
· Build up your own business development team.
· Setting goals for your team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
· Collaborate with management team to develop tailored solutions and proposals that address client needs and requirements.
· Reporting: Making weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reports
· Reviewing: Along with management team to review sales result.

Salary: From 25,000,000₫ per month
Must have:
· At least 05 year experience in Sales (preferably B2B) with a proven track record.
· Smart, aggressive, ambitious to conquer new challenges
· Excellent presentation communication skills (ice-breaking, storytelling, and conversation maintenance).
· Good listening questioning skills and problem-solving skills.
· English communication skills (IELTS from 6.0 or equivalent is preferable)
· Self-accountable.
· Communication skills: Must be able to communicate with clients of all backgrounds and educational levels.
· Organizational skills: Must be comfortable juggling numerous clients, on- and off-site meetings, and deadlines, and to manage the many parts of the job and keep client proposals and other tasks on track.
· Time-management skills: Must understand how to prioritize time and be comfortable managing a calendar and adjusting their schedule as needed.
· Drive and self-motivation: Goal-oriented and commission-driven.
