Job Description
• Reconcile and monitor the AR (Ecommerce)
• Invoice support
• Refund credit card
• Copy invoices to support SSC
• Document storage
• Admin tasks: collect invoice to support legal, photo, scan, send letter
• Solving issues relating to invoice
• Copy and filling documents.
• Work under supervision of other accountants
• Assist with the preparation of ad hoc and other internal reports
• Support the payment processing team
Job Requirement
- A final year student or recent graduate.
- Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask.
- Cope well under pressure.
