Job Description

Coordinate and manage daily activities of staff.
Field, and ensure resolution of, supplier and employee inquiries regarding invoice approval and invoice payment status.
Manage and review the setup of new suppliers including payment terms and banking information.
Review Accounts Payable aging reports.
Guideline/ resolve issues of team.

Job Requirement

University degree in Accounting.
At least 2 to 3 years of work experience in AP accounting.
Team player mentality.
