· Supervise luxury brand activation initiatives to deeply engage VIC customers, fostering brand loyalty and driving sales conversion.
· Collaborate with Brand Marketing teams to understand their vision, preferences, and business objectives for each event.
· Develop and execute comprehensive event plans, including budgeting, scheduling, vendor selection, and logistics coordination.
· Source and manage vendors, including venues, caterers, florists, decorators, entertainers, and transportation services, ensuring the highest level of quality and service.
· Oversee all aspects of event setup, including décor, lighting, audio-visual equipment, and signage.
· Manage event staff, including coordinators, servers, security personnel, and any other necessary personnel, to ensure seamless execution of events.
· Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
· Stay current on industry trends and best practices in luxury event management, incorporating innovative ideas and strategies into DAFC’s events.
1. Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, with a focus on luxury events.
· Proven track record of successfully planning and executing high-end events, with exceptional attention to detail and client satisfaction.
· Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with clients and vendors.
· Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
