Job Description
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, binding, scanning etc.;
- Assist in logistic supports for seminars, event;
- Assist Manager to source candidates and update database;
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews;
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies);
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Director;
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc.)
- Co-ordinate well with staffs to meet deadlines assigned by Managers/ Partners;
- Performs other administration tasks assigned by Managers and above;
- Job location: in Hanoi
Job Requirement
Required skills/experiences: Candidates need to fulfill the following criteria:
- Experienced in admin assistant or receptionist/cashier;
- University with fresh graduated will be advantage;
- Good command of written and spoken English;
- Proficient in computer knowledge and skills (MS Word/ Excel/ Power Point);
- Strong organizational skills are essential in order to manage and prioritize your workload;
- Able to work under pressure, hard working, responsible and willing to learn; and
- Adaptable, flexible team player with mature attitude.
