Job Description
* Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, placing orders and maintaining optimal levels.
* Schedule meetings and appointments, manage calendars for office
* Book travel and accommodations.
* Coordinate and arrange meetings and events, including logistical arrangements and catering.
* Prepare presentations and reports, as assigned, utilizing data analysis and presentation tools.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, filing systems, and databases.
* Process invoices, manage petty cash, and handle basic accounting tasks.
Job Requirement
* Collage/University graduated with related maijor
* At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a F&B
* Proficiency in written and verbal English language is refer
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
