Overall functioning of laboratories operation in respect of technical aspects.
Organizing and monitoring training, quality checking and proficiency testing.
Arranging & established any new method and validation whenever it is necessary and under our scope.
Answering any queries from customer which related with in respect of technical.
Any new buyers developed in respect of technical issue and share the knowledge to others colleague.
Monitoring the performance of the laboratory staff in respect to the quality and/or integrity.
Follow up and ensure proper corrective action of internal audit and correlation exercise as well as maintained the target time with all technical aspects.
Receiving complaints identify cause analysis & take corrective action.
Managing and developing a team of laboratory staff and supervising them for completing the testing on time and to the customer satisfaction.
Ensuring that the required environmental conditions are maintained.
Checking & sign test reports.
Ensuring good housekeeping.
Job Requirement
Graduate University degree in Chemistry or another related technical field.
At least 5 years of working experience in laboratory analysis works. Experience in handling chemical and Agriculture testing experience.
Have knowledge in ISO 17025.
English (speaking/listening/writing & reading to understand test method).
Ability to interact with customers of various backgrounds.
Understand the significance of the data generated by test methods.
Ability to manage personnel to achieve the quality system, training, and safety.
Ability to lead and motivate employees to actively support the objectives of the laboratory.
