Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and guiding our sales efforts within a specific geographical region. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the North Market to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales team leaders and representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive performance and results
• Territory Management: Oversee the allocation of sales territories, set sales goals, and monitor performance against targets
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and threats
• Sales Training: Organize and provide sales training to the team, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet their goals
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess and analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Debt and Revenue Management: Develop and manage debts and business revenue by region, ensuring smooth business operations.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team
