1. Annual Sales Target Achievement:
ü Make the annual sales plan by dealer by SKU
ü Negotiate with dealers and realize the annual/monthly sales plan & AR Collection.
ü Support PM team to make the sales policy for dealers
ü Daily communication with line manager and PM for sales progress
2. Channel Management
ü Maintain strong cooperation relationship with dealers
ü Align with PM for product display target and realize the target
ü Set up annual target of new dealer expansion and realize the target
ü Set up channel output target and realize the target
3. Retailing Management
ü Maintain the existing endcap and negotiate with dealer for new endcap construction
ü Follow Product training among the team
ü Organize consumer activities
ü Support store retailing
4. Communication with stakeholders
ü Align with department head for the sales strategy and execution
ü Align with PM for product strategy and sales policy
ü Align with mkting team for strategy and mkting execution
ü Align with PG team for sell out execution
Technical skills & experience
ü • At least 2-3 years experiences working in Consumer Electronics Industry or retailing background.
Degree and Language
ü Bachelor Degree or above
ü Degree in sales &marketing Business Field Preferred;
Personal Traits
High sense of responsibility and ownership, Hard-working and self-motivated;
Strong Leadership and team spirit; Data analysis capability and foresight for the market;
Strong Problem-Solving Skills; Ability to make the plan and release the plan independently
Proficient in Ms. Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
