Job Description

Actively coordinate and lead projects as well as support Brand Manager in delivering mixes for business in Vietnam and liaising with Brand Building team for deploying those mixes.

1. Marketing activities & Business acumen:

  • Lead & implement marketing plans & activities as alignment with line manager and top levels OTIF.
  • Coordinate with cross-functions and external stakeholders to ensure activities to be followed-up and executed OTIF.
  • Initiate activities/plans to drive growth of the assigned brand & portfolio.
  • Constantly review KPIs & campaigns performances to propose relevant actions & inputs.
  • Monitor internal sales & relevant data to evaluate and define potential issues/opportunities to unlock business ambitions.

2. Operational & other company agenda tasks:

  • Manage operational tasks to facilitate marketing activities i.e budget management, company systems, listing new products etc
  • Lead, plan, execute & monitor projects apart from the assigned brands/campaigns OTIF i.e digital champion, channel champion, company workshops etc

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 2 year experience in Marketing & Communication field, having worked female personal care experience is a plus.
  • Strong capability in project management and campaign deployment on time in full.
  • Good influencing skills to manage and work well with cross-functions and external stake-holders.
  • Prioritize beauty/personal care experience.
  • Good marketing sense, passionate, creative, dynamic, consumer understanding
  • Develop thought-process and structural thinking in projects related to planning & concepts.
  • Ability to work and analyze numbers/data to get relevant insights and propose actions to improve campaigns & brands performances.
  • Good articulation & communication skill in both Vietnamese & English
