Be responsible for implementing, managing and supervising in the Brand Management in order to enhance the Brand awareness and Brand loyalty as well as improve category sales performance which required by the Business Unit.
New product Development: Plan, manage and supervise in new product development, product marketing, forecast and demand planning.
Research competitor tracking to understand about market/ consumer.
Assist Brand Manager in other programs.
Execution Excellence
Implement the overall budget and manage all branding activities, communications and operations within the approved budget.
Seizes opportunities in product renovation, pricing strategy, competitor activities, customer/channel (e.g. convenience format, discounter) specific needs.
Represent consumer (insights), brand strategy and product quality requirements on the cross functional department.
Develop & lead implementation of activation platforms and ideas based on the brand vision plan for the brand.
Translate marketing & category plan into a business framework and optimize commercial opportunities (identify threats). Feed into monthly, quarterly and yearly planning processes.
Develop and implement 12 months portfolio roadmap including product range & quality, brand build, value delivery for consumers, pricing & affordability, range extension.
Proactively in market, category and customer requirements into platform innovation projects.
Champion optimal launch of innovation platform.
Ensure single minded communication message is created in line with the brand building communication plan, consistent with category needs.
Monitor and review effectiveness of innovation and renovation program to inform future plans.
Ensure continued focus on and support of innovation platforms once launched.
Be able to lead a team and be prepared to provide constructive criticism to foster team members.
