Job Description
1.1. Working target:
Ensure all marketing activities under right direction, contributing branding for typical business and develop business in short and long term, ensuring overall business development.
1.2. Scope of work:
Assist in the execution of marketing plans to deliver commercial targets.
Coordinate effectively with Sales and Operations departments to ensure OTIF delivery of operational tasks in alignment with marketing strategy of the assigned brand(s)
1.3. Key roles and responsibilities :
- Assist the Brand Manager in planning and executing marketing activities to build brand equity and meet business objectives as well as work with the team on assigned projects and tasks.
- Assist line manager to explore, develop & launch key innovations within strategic business agenda.
- Lead cross functions (supply chain, purchasing, sales, trade marketing) to run the NPD process: sales forecasting, stock management, and sales movements... to ensure the launch's success in Vietnam
- Lead integrated marketing activity calendar ensuring consistency with communication strategy and AOP.
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance to recommend and execute appropriate ways to improve brand equity.
- Ability to analyze consumer trends/research, market trends to define opportunity to develop idea/concept/strategy for brand activities, ATL & BTL.
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Marketing.
- Having experience in Brand Marketing is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, eager to learn at work.
- Good communication and negotiation, Management skills.
- Excellent English.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
