Support the Brand Manager in developing brand strategies and positioning, including setting style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value propositions for both short-term and long-term goals, as well as new product launches.
Develop and monitor all brand marketing activities and performance metrics for Sukin as a master brand.
Prepare marketing materials and assist in planning and executing communication and media strategies across all channels, both online and offline, including collaborations with KOLs/KOCs.
Track and analyze brand development (brand health, sales, market share) and collaborate with the Brand Manager to implement suitable programs to achieve sales targets.
Job Requirement
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (Health & Beauty preferred).
3+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, preferably in a similar role within the retail industry.
Strong expertise in brand management, consumer insights, creativity, and strategic planning.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
Highly adaptable, open-minded, resourceful, and pragmatic.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Advanced English skills, both spoken and written.
