1. Do leasing work and assist Senior Leasing Manager in all related leasing activities.
Responsible for tenancy negotiations (including rental rates, lease duration, and tenant obligations…) for all tenants (new and existing tenant). Manage the full leasing process, from initial inquiry to tenant opening.
2. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all lease documents.
3. Ensure achievement of allocated budget against leasing targets set in line with the Center Leasing Concept (such as: revenue, occupancy rate, rental rate…).
4. Ensure that the merchandising mix of tenants achieves the positioning of the Center as a premier destination for retail, F&B and leisure activity.
5. Maintain strong relationships with tenants in order to facilitate the addition of their concepts as part of the master strategy, to promote retention and tenant satisfaction.
6. Coordinate with all relevant departments from leasing negotiation until tenant’s opening.
7. Prepare and update leasing documents, leasing reports, data base reports.
8. Training and manage staff in leasing activities if any.
9. Keep updated retail market on retail trend, competition frequently for leasing execution and planning purpose.
10. Perform other tasks as assigned by Senior Leasing Manager
