Support RM withoperational tasks in the process of providing products and services to Private customers, complyingwith VPBank's processes, instructions and standards
Receive customer's request information and registration documents to use products, services/service support from RM
Support identifyingcustomer needs and refer to RM for consulting and handling
Carry out professional steps according to the process to identify,upgrade/downgrade/remove/renew/... customer's membership class; Manage and store T&C records
Completedocuments for new credit card issuance/re-issuance due to expiration; push card issuance requests to Card Operations, monitor implementation progress and proactively update information for RM
Support tocomplete customer's investment account opening documents to transfer to the unit in charge, enter data to operate on the system, monitor implementation progress and proactively update information for RM.
Support operations related to savings books, or other sales productsfor Private customers according to VPBank regulations.
Perform other tasks to support RM in the process of providing and supporting after-sale of products and services to customers.
Participate in the preparation and implementation of programs and events promoting the unit's specialized services
Assist in preparing gifts and publications for customers on holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, etc…
Perform other related tasks as requested by Managers
Monitor and implement management reports for the unit's/RM's Private Customer portfolioaccording to actual needs.
Support RM to perform and provide financial analysis reports to customers such as periodic asset and credit analysis reports, reviewing financial needs according to customer's life-stage or event-trigger
Support managing customer information in the catalog, customer KYC,entering KYC data into the system, updating birthday and anniversary information
Ensure that customer information and transactions are recorded and processed on the systemaccurately and ly
Coordinate closely with customer service and relateddepartments to support RM in preparing all documents and transaction documents for customers
Fullyparticipate in internal training/coaching programs or implemented by the Head Office
Participate in meetings, report and comply with sales implementation activities at the unit according to the direction of direct managers
Embracing new processes and product initiatives; Supporting event and marketing activities apply for clients.
Comply with bank and legal regulatory requirements; ensure complete call reports and documentations at request.
Job Requirement
1. Educational Qualifications
University degreeor higher degree in one of the following majors: Banking, finance, business administration, investment,insurance, real estate, securities or other related majors
Candidates who have graduated from abroad and haveexperience in supporting RM of priority customer and ultra/high-net-worth customer will be stronglypreferred
2. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
Possesses knowledge inthe fields of finance, banking, market economy, investment, insurance, real estate, securities, financialmarkets... and related legal principles and regulations knowledge
Understanding of financial - banking products and services, specializedservices for priority customers and priority/HNW/UHNW individual customers
3. Skills
Good inter-personal skills, open and approachable
Good in caring priority/HNW/UHNW customer andbuilding relationships
Ability to organize, manage workeffectively, and solve problems well
Good at office information technology
4. Relevant Experience
Have atleast 3-5 years of experience in banking, finance, high-end real estate, investment, etc… or seniorcustomer service positions in the Real Estate, Securities, Automotive, Hospitality industries
At least 02 years of experience managing and serving priority/HNW/UHNW individuals customers in thefields of finance/banking/investment/insurance/travel/hotel/real estate/stock/financial investment, etc…
