I. OVERVIEW:
- Directly support and advise the CEO on matters related to the operation and business of the Corporation.
- High responsibility in the work; commitment to information security and caution in all situations is required.
- Act as a bridge, interacting with key partners and customers of the CEO.
- Play a crucial role in conveying important messages from the CEO to the Executive Board, business partners, and customers, including verbal or written communication; reviewing documents, analyzing reports, strategic planning, and general consultation.
- Communicate with business partners as the Corporation's representative with the utmost courtesy, thoughtfulness, and professionalism.
II. RESPONSIBITIES:
- Play a crucial role in ensuring communication between the CEO's office and internal departments of the Corporation; demonstrate leadership ability to build and maintain trust, confidence, and support for management levels.
- Respond promptly to the CEO's requests.
- Consult and advise management levels on operational business matters. Convey the ideas and proposals of management levels in their work to the CEO.

- Prepare internal and external documents for important meetings of the CEO and partners.
- Thoroughly review and advise on investment projects, feasibility studies, complex strategies in various areas such as business, marketing, financial forecasting, and business development proposals...
- Review legal, financial, business, investment, planning, and strategic documents before submitting to the CEO.
- Prepare and draft speeches, presentations for the CEO when participating in workshops, conferences, exhibitions, interviews, promotional activities, media interviews;
- Support, consult, and manage custom reports (ad-hoc reports) and special projects upon request and within deadlines;
- Support the development of strategic plans and policy frameworks to ensure that Companies, subsidiaries, and joint venture companies achieve their set objectives;
- Review and standardize documents in both English and Vietnamese;
- Act as a filter for information sources to the CEO and decide on meetings or exchanges between partners and the CEO.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree or above in fields such as Finance, Business Administration, Economics, etc.
- Have over 5 years of experience in equivalent positions.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of various fields.
- Have extensive experience in operations or equivalent roles in large corporations.
- Have strong skills in investment analysis and project management.
- Have experience in international investment consulting, working in multinational companies.
- Have practical experience and work effectively under high pressure and many challenges.
- Demonstrate excellent event and conference organization skills, project organization and management skills, and problem-solving abilities with multitasking capabilities;
- Commit to strict information security.
- Proficient in cooperation and task assignment.
- Excellent communication skills and intelligence, adept in behavioral conduct. Excellent diplomatic skills.
- Proficient in using software applications for work purposes.
- Excellent command of English.
