Assistant Trade Marketing

Job Description

1. ROLE:

To develop, establish and manage the sales strategy process, including the generation of brand/ sales strategies, channel strategies and category reviews.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, execute and conduct activities to strengthen brand image throughout BTL activities to ensure the brand image visually.
• Assist TMK Manager in creating idea, concept, for assigned projects in special occasion of the year in order to maximize brand exposure.
• Co-ordinate with brands and sales departments in organizing nationwide promotion and event.
• Support to TMK Manager in controlling A&P budget spending for assigned projects and provide the accurate budget spending report when required.
• Responsible for new channel development in order to expand brands coverage. Propose improvement for these new channels every – year.
• Manage and co-ordinate internal & external communication to ensure accomplishing the assigned works within planned schedule.
• Responsible for searching and evaluating outsourcing that is fit in budget/ requirement for specific project.
• Provide ad-hoc assistance when required
• Make monthly & quarterly report relevant to channel

Job Requirement

• At least 2 years’ experience in Trade Marketing,
• University graduated.
• Good communication and influencing skills.
• Proactive, teamwork, highly motivated to work and deliver through the team.
• Strong sense of creativity and adaptability in dealing with a diverse work environment
• Good command of written and spoken English and computer skills.
