Synthesize the overall plan and combine to optimize operating costs.
Propose solutions and ideas to develop workflows, contributing to improving operational efficiency of the Company and improving the quality of services provided to customers.
Handle common issues of the department, create links with other departments in the company as well as with customers.
Monitor the general operational activities of the department and the fleet.
Arrange and assign tasks for the OPS team.

Job Requirement
At least 3 years of experience in the logistics industry in a similar position.
Good health and ability to work under high pressure.
Bachelor’s degree, communication in English, and proficient in office computing/management software.
Highly responsible, with initiative to innovate systems to meet changing and increasing customer demands.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer and employee satisfaction.
