About Us:
The Digital Marketing Technology Stake (MS1) is an innovative marketing technology function within our Digital Office (DO), driving the adoption and commercialization of MarTech and data-driven insights for superior customer engagement. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Audience Management Specialist to join our MarTech team, working to operate and optimise our Customer Data Platform (CDP).
Position Summary:
You will play a crucial role in the success of our MarTech team by taking charge of our Customer Data Platform (CDP) to develop and manage audience segments to drive targeted marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of data analytics, customer segmentation, and marketing automation. Your ability to understand consumer behaviour and translate it into actionable insights will be crucial in ensuring our marketing efforts are highly targeted and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
CDP (Customer Data Platform) Operation: Manage the daily operations of our Customer Data Platform, ensuring data integrity and system performance. Monitoring data ingestion from multiple data sources are working as expected, e.g. Data Lake, Adobe Analytics, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) etc. Act as a subject matter expert on the CDP, providing training and support to team members as needed.
Audience Segmentation: Utilise the CDP to create and refine audience segments based on data analysis, customer behaviours, and business objectives. End to end from audience creation, audience sizing estimations to be activated through multiple channels (e.g. Adobe Campaign, Facebook, Google DV360, TikTok, other 3rd parties). Collaborate with the analytics team to identify key customer insights and behaviours to inform segmentation strategies.
Data Integration: Assume the role of a stakeholder for Product Owners across multiple teams to ensure seamless data integration, including Data Lake, CRM, web analytics, and other data sources.
Optimisation: Continuously optimise and fine-tune audience segments to improve campaign targeting and performance. Including addressability, consent, and channel specific opt-in.
Audience Profiling Enrichment and Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure the impact of audience strategies on business outcomes.
Campaign Support: Work closely with marketing teams to provide audience insights, segment recommendations, and assistance in campaign execution.
