- Receive purchasing requirements from User, review information and identify purchasing request.
- Seeking suppliers both domestically and oversea.
- Send inquiry to suppliers in order to request quotation, specification, SOW, Technical information.
- Checking quotation, Negotiation, Suppliers evaluation and Selection, contract, agreement.
- Tracking purchasing requirements to ensure meet the timeline, deadline for purchasing request from User.
- Resolving claim from user, Take complaints (if any), coordinate with relevant staff / department to deal with such complaints or suggest solutions to problems.
- Annually Re-evaluation Supplier, Supplier performance review. Search for potential suppliers and develop suppliers / contractors.
Job Requirement
- English is basic (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Minimum 2 year working experience in Technical Procurement.
- Graduated from Foreign Trade, Business Administration and related
- High responsibility, eager to learn and good personality.
- Good communication, teamwork and able to work under pressure
